Are you a new mom looking to get back into or start a workout routine? MommyF!T is a session for new moms to come together, make connections, and be active with baby by their side. Join Natasha, a certified pre- and post-natal coach, for a low-impact full-body workout to get that post-birth body moving and feeling strong…and meet new moms just like you! Participants will be at least 6 weeks post-partum and cleared by their medical professional to return to exercise.
