Bungee Workshops

Do you want to give Bungee Fitness a try, and see what all the fuss is about? Are you interested in joining a BungeeREV class?

​THIS IS WHERE YOU START!

It is possible to learn the basics, including the whys of Bungee Fitness like health benefits and mechanics, safety principles, and some basic movements in a one-hour workshop setting. This workshop will help prepare you to successfully join a BungeeREV class.​

These workshops may feel like a workout, but a person should not register with the intention of doing any fast-paced flows. These are slower-paced sessions for safety and are introductory in nature.  Wear comfortable workout wear and bring water and clean runners.

Before you register, ask yourself if Bungee Fitness is right for you. A few things to consider…

  • If you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant this class is NOT for you. The pressure placed on your abdominal area by the harness is not recommended. 
  • Do you have any pre-existing shoulder, hip, back, knee, wrist, or elbow injuries? If yes, please email Sherri at sherri@thefitnesscollective.info to discuss and you should ensure you are medically cleared for physical activity before registering.
  • Do you have any conditions that would warrant a call to your doctor? We will work with you and your medical team to keep Bungee Fitness within your limits of safety.
  • Are you willing to GO SLOW, follow instructions, and ask for help if you need to adjust your harness or bungee cord, or have questions along the way?

​Bungee Fitness is not as easy as it looks! It takes patience, practice, and a willingness to challenge yourself to do something brand new. Come and see what all the excitement is about!
