Member Conduct/Damages

Be a good human…that’s it! But for those times we need it, here it is…

The Fitness Collective is committed to the health, safety, and welfare of each of its members and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behavior. Members who do not observe The Fitness Collective’s rules and regulations or who abuse equipment in any fashion will be asked to leave. The Fitness Collective has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to, the termination of membership without refund for any member engaging in unacceptable behavior. The member shall pay for any damages to any of The Fitness Collective’s property that results from the willful or negligent conduct of any member, member’s guest, or member’s dependent child. Not all rules and regulations are listed in this agreement. The Fitness Collective reserves the right to add, change or remove rules, conditions of membership, opening and closing hours, and all services and facilities offered by The Fitness Collective.

Dress Code

The Fitness Collective requires that members dress appropriately for the class they are participating in, wearing shoes where appropriate or recommended by the instructor for safety and comfort. Members displaying any level of nudity will be asked to change their clothes. If this is not done to the satisfaction of the instructor, the Member will be asked to leave the class with no refunds.

Booking Windows

Booking windows are the earliest time that you can reserve a spot in a class in the future. They can be different as per the membership/credit package details. Please check your fine print!

  • 14-day booking window – Foundation Membership
  • 7-day booking window – Standard Monthly Membership/Credit Packages

If spots are not available in the class selected, the member will be put on a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, the waitlist will be contacted in the order they were added to the waitlist, using the information from your account.

Waitlists

Waitlists are created when a class has met its capacity. Participants will be added to the waitlist in the order they register for a class, and not by level of membership. The class list will auto-fill from the waitlist as spots become available, and participants will be notified by email of their successful registration to the class. The auto-fill feature will be cut off 15 minutes prior to class start time.

Canceling Classes

If you book a class and need to cancel it, please do it immediately as there may be someone on the waitlist. If there is a waitlist for a class, the first person on it will be offered the spot.
