
Tasha discovered Pilates when researching ways to rebuild her core, posture and overall strength after injuries from weight lifting and working a desk job for 6 years. Now as a certified Pilates teacher with specialized training in Mat Pilates, she brings a gentle, fun, yet precise teaching style to every class. Tasha’s goal is to help her students develop strong cores, improve posture, and gain a true appreciation for slow, controlled movement. Her favorite Joseph Pilates quote is “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body.” Outside of teaching Tasha enjoys hiking and paddleboarding in the summer, snowshoeing in the winter, road trips/traveling, and spending time with her partner, son and daughter.
