Learn the basics of Bungee Fitness in this one-hour introductory class that will focus on Bungee principles, harness and bungee safety, and learning the basic movements. We will move from body positions to movements and into some choreography from the REV classes to round out the hour. This is a prerequisite for any Bungee Fitness (BungeeREV) class.
Please bring clean runners and a water bottle and wear comfortable workout wear (no shorts please for comfort only) and arrive 5 minutes early. Prepare to have fun!!
