Doing core exercises is more than just doing crunches…and your core is more than just your abdominals. Your core is comprised of several muscles throughout your abdomen and back, that when activated properly, work together to achieve and maintain stability when the spine is subjected to a load or stress, allowing the limbs to move. This 45-minute session is designed for results, with emphasis on correct form and progressions to create toned abdominals and strong deep core muscles. We will take you through a series of varied exercises that target your core in sections and as a whole. You will perform mat work and standing exercises that will help create a bulletproof core platform with added resistance to injury.
