Are you a new mom that wants to get back into the workout swing of things? Mommy and Me is a session for new moms to come together, make connections, and be active with baby by their side. Join Natasha for a low-impact full-body workout to get that post-partum body moving and feeling strong…and meet new mom’s just like you! Participants must be at least 6 weeks post-partum and cleared by their medical professional to return to exercise. Taught by certified pre & post-partum coach from Girls Gone Strong Academy.
