Natasha Laing

Natasha fell in love with fitness well over a decade ago. Her own health journey began in 2012 when she went through a major weight loss and loved discovering what her body can do. She picked up her first barbell in 2014 and her passion for strength training was ignited!! While busy raising her family, Natasha became a certified personal trainer, pre- and post-natal coach, and group fitness instructor. She’s excited to use her skills of knowledge and experience to help others on THEIR health and fitness journey. She is a certified pre and postpartum coach and has finished her nutrition certification and looks forward to being an all-around wellness coach soon! She will be coaching POWER!, TFCF!T, Tabata, and the new MommyF!T
