Personalized Training

Personalized training (PT) is used for a wide variety of reasons and is not the same for everyone! It is tailored to the needs of the participant and will give you the best results if done on a semi-regular basis. Sessions can be in any modality that you desire but also can be left up to the CPT to determine the most effective way to reach your goals.  They are usually one hour in length but can be tailored for any schedule and application. They can also become semi-private PT sessions where partners or best friends can work out together and in private.

How it works!

  1. Do a consultation with a Team member to help determine how PT can best help you. If you are already a member and are attending classes, come find one of us and we can chat! Alternatively, send us an email and we can arrange a meeting at the studio.
