Adaptive BOOMbox 45

This fun and engaging class incorporates intervals of simple boxing patterns at the heavy bag, free weights and bands for strength, and core exercises to build a workout like no other! Expect to use your whole body as you learn to throw karate-based elbows, knees, kicks, and punches at the heavy bag. This class is suitable for everyone 16+ who may want/need a slower-paced class with modifications, after injury, surgery, illness, or for individuals with disabilities. Please bring your own boxing gloves or reserve a studio pair in advance.
