Adaptive BungeeREV

A BungeeREV class for anyone requiring a little slower pace or modifications due to injury, disability, or illness. Adaptive BungeeREV will expand on the basic bungee movements like squats, lunges, runs, knee-ups, etc, and modify them to your level with engaging and fun choreography to make your workout like NO OTHER! Participants MUST have taken a Bungee Workshop or Intro to Bungee before the class start date. LET’S GO!!!
