Join Trainer Sherri for a super fun and challenging BOOMbox boxing Bootcamp! This class incorporates simple boxing patterns at the heavy bag for cardio, free weights and bands for strength, and a variety of core exercises to build a workout like no other! This class is suitable for everyone 16+, and is 100% co-ed with absolutely no boxing experience required. Please bring boxing gloves or reserve a studio pair (just let us know with your registration – subject to availability).
