In this foundational class, Jacob will lead you through heavy bag drills, footwork patterns, and some cone drills…so if you’re looking for a fun way to get your cardio in while also engaging the largest muscle in the body (your brain), this class will not disappoint you! You will learn REAL boxing techniques and skills like punch combinations, footwork, timing, and defense maneuvers. Learning to punch correctly not only helps tone your arms, but it is also a whole-body workout! Let us know if you need to borrow a pair of gloves. Hand wrapping recommended.

Session limited to 6 participants. Simply put, mittwork is the presentation of punching targets and threats to a participant in a given order, at a given speed, for a given duration of time. You will learn how to strike the mitts in punching combinations and how to catch the punches with correct form to prevent injury. New combinations every week.
