Creative Flow

These classes are about restoring our primal movement patterns. When we were infants, we explored movements by performing them repeatedly; how to roll, sit, crawl, stand, and finally walk. As we mastered them, the patterns were stored in the brain, but growing up changed that. As we age, experience injury, overuse our bodies, or have a sedentary life, the pristine primal movement patterns are altered and replaced with different movement patterns, often to our detriment. To reboot your original patterns, the brain and body must explore these movements again but in a safe manner! This class will do all that and more!
