Offered Monday Wednesday and Friday, Pure Barre is designed to build some body heat and leave you feeling empowered and strong. Barre is a combination of repetitive strengthening exercises that are inspired by ballet, yoga, and pilates. We start with a quick warm up, then use body weight (or light dumbbells) to strengthen upper and lower body, then we dig deep into the core, and end with a thorough stretch. This class will challenge you to build muscular and mental endurance and to create improvements in your functional fitness and posture too!
