Yoga with Elaine

Elaine’s classes will be designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga, but everybody will be challenged! There will be a balance between pranayama (breathwork), asanas (poses), and dhyana (meditation). The class will focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses, with the opportunity to listen to your body and take it deeper, if available. Whether you are an experienced yogi, or just curious about the possibilities, join Elaine on your mat – you won’t regret it! Monday Mindset – explore the tools available to set yourself up for a week of success as we “flow” through some breathwork and poses to set the week up for endless possibilities! Thursday Release – a great way to let go of the week and prepare for the weekend ahead as we explore the subtle art of letting go – breathwork as well as a gentle flow of movement.
